• Paul ODonnell, owner/operator of PLAN B, has been servicing and repairing swimming pools and a wide variety of equipment since 1999.  He has owned PLAN B  business since 2002.  Equipment includes but is not limited to: Hayward, Pentair, Sta-rite, Zodiac, Ray Pac, Jandy, Polaris etc.

What licensing and affiliations does the pool service company have? 

• Plan B is licensed with the AZ Dept. of Revenue and multiple cities in the West Valley.  We are also members of the Better Business Bureau of Central, Northern, and Western AZ and the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association [IPSSA].

What specialized training does the technician have? For example, is the technician water chemistry certified?

• Paul ODonnell is water chemistry certified through IPSSA.

Does the technican carry commercial general liability insurance? Can he/she provide a certificate of insurance?

• PLAN B has commercial general liability insurance specifically tailored to the swimming pool industry through Arrow Insurance.

Will the service technician personally service your pool or will your pool be serviced by employees?

• Paul is the owner/operator and personally takes care of your pool to ensure personalized and consistent service. 

Does the technician have a back-up service company that can service your pool if the technician is unavailable due to sickness or accident?

• With PLAN B being a member of IPSSA, you can have the peace of mind that a certified/trained professional pool service company will take care of your pool in the event of an emergency.  IPSSA has a sick coverage policy for it's members and you WILL be taken care of!
