Questions to Ask...
- How much experience does the technician
have with your type of pool and equipment?
- Does
the technician comply with local, county and state licensing laws (if applicable)?
- What specialized training does the technician have? For example, is the technician water chemistry
certified?
- Does the technican carry commercial general
liability insurance? Can he/she provide a certificate of insurance?
- Will the service technician personally service your pool or will your pool be serviced by employees?
- Does the technician have a back-up service company that can
service your pool if the technician is unavailable due to sickness or accident?
